Flower or gift orders can be cancelled up to two working days before the delivery date by giving details of the order number by email or via cancel option at your Personal account page. Cancellation after this time can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, and repayment cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations should be announced by e-mail or you can make a cancellation from your personal page during normal working hours. If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers without any reason, the full charges are due, and will be billed to us,
cancellation is not accepted.
